2i APC - Process Documentation

Some of our customers are manufacturing airbags for widely known car makers (BMW, Mercedes, Opel, Porsche). Process data of the manufacturing process must be collected related to every single part to enable post process identification and correlation to the manufacturing process.

Functions and properties

• Flexible control of the manufacturing process
• Adaptable to different manufacturing cells and documentation requirements
• Export of process data into csv files for further processing and analysis with external tools like Microsoft Excel
• Detection and separation of poor manufacturing results (parts)
