Machine control terminal for injection moulding machines

Development of a machine control terminal for injection moulding machines consisting of a system core with defined application program interface and several tools to realize a version administration, a translator for the system configuration and a text administration and translation tool for arbitrary target languages. The control terminal is fully diagramable and easy portable by a system abstraction layer. Integration of CORBA and OPC interfaces.

Production cell integration

IIntegration of a manufacturing cell consisting of a injection moulding machine, a robot, a balance, a bar code printer, a bar code scanner and a conveying system. 2i supplies the control console, which controls the operation of the entire plant, controls the partial weights supervised and all data within the manufacturing cell. The cell is used for the production of air bag caps in the full automated operation.
